I sent in my application. What happens next?

Once we receive your application it will be reveiwed by our sale staff to insure that we only have one representative from each business. We will contact you, usually within 24-48 hrs to finalize your application and discuss payment. Payments may be made via Paypal, cash, or check.

Where will my Vendor space be located?

We have some Vendor spaces located by the front door, others along the sides of the shopping area, and some along the check-out line. Dandelion Kids staff will assign vendor placements to those who indicate specific requests upon application (electricity, large display space, etc.) All other spaces will be clearly marked and available on a first-come, first-served basis during set-up.

Can I bring my kids with me to my booth?

We understand and appreciate that many of our Vendors are moms and may need to bring their kiddos along. While we do allow your children to be present, we require that you keep them behind your table at all times and children are not allowed to be unattended on the sales floor.

What if I can't be there for the entire event?

That's OK! We are flexible! You can be present as much (or as little) as you would like. We only require that your booth space still be set-up with an informational display about your business any time you aren't there.

Can I hold a "Giveaway" or offer an activity at my table?

SURE! We encourage vendors to get creative with attracting customers to your booth. Bright, colorful, eye-catching displays are very helpful. You are also allowed to hang a banner on the wall behind your booth space. We only require that you keep walkways open and do not interfere with access to another vendor's table.
